Ingredients
🔸️3 cup grated coconut
🔸️2 cup sugar
🔸️½ cup milk
🔸️2 tbsp cream
🔸️¼ tsp cardamom powder
Method
🔸️In a Pan take freshly grated coconut.
🔸️Then add sugar and milk and mix well till sugar dissolves and mixture starts to thicken
🔸️Then add cream and cook on medium flame till it thickens and the mixture separates from pan.
🔸️Now add cardamom powder and mix well.
🔸️Transfer the mixture into a greased plate and allow to set for 15-20minutes
🔸️Now cut into pieces.
🔸️Finally coconut barfi is ready to serve.
