🔸️ 4 cups boiled & mashed potatoes
🔸️ 1 cup farali flour ( mix of amaranth, sabudana & samo)
🔸️ 1/2 cup crushed peanuts
🔸️ Ginger paste
🔸️ Turmeric powder
🔸️ Black salt or regular salt
🔸️ Lemon juice
🔸️Finely chopped coriander
🔸️Ghee
Method
🔸️ Add all the ingredients in a bowl, mix it well and make a dough.
🔸️ Then make small balls from dough & press lightly using your palms to make flat tikki shape.
🔸️ Coat it with flour on both sides.
🔸️ Heat a pan and roast both the sides of tikkis on low flame till golden brown. Add ghee as required.
🔸️ Serve it hot with green chutney or curd.
