Ingredients
🔸️Mango puree
🔸️Hung curd
🔸️Powdered sugar
🔸️Saffron strands
🔸️Elaichi powder
🔸️Warm milk
🔸️Chopped dry fruits (of your choice)
Procedure-
🔸️Mix 2 tsp warm milk with saffron and keep it aside.
🔸️Whisk the hung curd and add mango puree, sugar, mix it well.
🔸️Now add the elaichi powder, milk saffron mixture and dry fruits.
🔸️Refrigerate it for an hour and your mango Shrikhand is ready!
🔸️Serve with hot puris.
