🔸️2 cups of mixed boiled Sprouts
🔸️2 chopped onion
🔸️1 chopped tomato
🔸️2 tbsp oil
🔸️1 tsp ginger garlic paste
🔸️1 tsp mustard seeds
🔸️1 tsp cumin seeds
🔸️Few curry leaved
🔸️½ tsp turmeric powder
🔸️Salt
🔸️½ tsp red chilli powder
🔸️1 tsp coriander powder
🔸️2 tsp garam masala
🔸️6 soft buns or Pav
🔸️1 or 2 cups mixed namkeen
Method
🔸️In a pan add oil and splutter mustard seeds, cumin seeds and few curry leaves.
🔸️Then add finely chopped onion, tomato, ginger garlic paste and cook for 5mins
🔸️Add turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, salt, water and allow it to boil.
🔸️When the gravy is boiling add mixed boiled sprout and cook for another 5 mins
🔸️Lastly garnish with some coriander.
🔸️Serve hot with pav topped with chopped onion, mixed namkeen and squeeze few drops of lemon
