🔸️2 Cups Khoya

🔸️½ Cup Sugar

🔸️¼ Tsp Cardamom powder

🔸️Few Saffron Strands

🔸️1 Tbsp Milk

🔸️1 Tsp of clarified butter 


🔸️Combine milk and saffron in a small bowl and keep it aside.

🔸️Heat clarified butter in a non-stick pan

🔸️Add Khoya, sugar, saffron milk and cook the mixture for 5-10minutes while stirring continuously.

🔸️Once the mixture starts bubbling add cardamom powder.

🔸️Remove the mixture from the flame and allow it to cool.

🔸️When it cools down completely take a small portion of the mixture and using modak mould make modaks.

🔸️Finally modaks are ready to serve.
