🔸️1 finely chopped onion
🔸️1 chopped tomato
🔸️1tsp ginger garlic Past
🔸️Whole Spices - cumin seeds, 2 cardamoms, 1 bay leaf
🔸️5 cashews
🔸️200gms Paneer
🔸️1 cup boiled green peas
🔸️2tbsp fresh cream
🔸️2 tsp coriander powder
🔸️½ tsp turmeric powder
🔸️Red chilli powder as per taste
🔸️½ tsp garam masala
🔸️Salt
🔸️Cilantro
Method
🔸️Heat oil in a pan then add cumin seeds, cardamom, and sauté for few seconds.
🔸️Then add onions, tomato, cashew, ginger garlic paste, cover the pan and allow it to cook for 5mins
🔸️Once cooked remove the mixture, allow it to cool and once cooled transfer it to blender and make a smooth paste.
🔸️Cut paneer into cubes and shallow fry until they turn golden brown.
🔸️Heat oil in a pan add bay leaf, then add the paste and mix well.
🔸️Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt and mix well.
🔸️Add little water and cook for 1-2 minutes.
🔸️Add paneer cubes, boiled peas and fresh cream and let it simmer for 5-10minutes on low flame.
🔸️Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with rotis or parathas.
