Pav Bhaji Recipe

Ingredients

🔸️2 tbsp butter

🔸️2 chopped tomatoes

🔸️¼ cup green peas

🔸️½ chopped capsicum

🔸️3 boiled potatoes

🔸️Salt

🔸️1 tsp red chilli powder

🔸️1 ½ tsp pav bhaji masala

🔸️1/4th tsp turmeric

🔸️1 chopped onion

🔸️4 pav or bread

🔸️Finely chopped coriander

Method

🔸️In a large pan heat 1 tbsp of butter, add chopped vegetables then cook and mash well.

🔸️Now add chilli powder, turmeric, pav bhaji masala, salt and allow it to cook for few minutes

🔸️When the bhaji is ready, heat pan then add 1 tbsp of butter and shallow fry pav on both the sides.

🔸️Transfer bhaji in serving bowl and garnish with chopped onions and coriander.

🔸️Serve hot
