Ragi Laddoos

Ragi is super healthy! And in cold winter weather, Ragi laddoos are a necessity!
Ingredients

🔸️3/4 cup ragi (finger millet) flour
🔸️1/4 cup whole wheat flour
🔸️5-6 tbsp ghee
🔸️1/2 cup powdered almonds
🔸️1/2 cup powdered sugar

🔸️1 tsp cardamom powder
Method:
🔸️ In a Pan, roast the ragi and whole wheat flours for 6-7 minutes.
🔸️ Add in ghee along with the powdered almonds. Stir the mixture continuously for about 10-15 minutes or until it gives out aroma.
🔸️Turn off the heat and transfer the mixture to a bowl. Add the powdered sugar and cardamom powder and mix well
🔸️ Once the mixture cools down, grease your hands with some ghee. Press small amounts of the laddoo mixture in your fist, applying light pressure to form laddoos.. Place the laddoos on a plate and cool completely before eating.
