Samosa chaat recipe

Samosa chaat is a lip-smacking chaat made with samosa, chickpea curry, various chutneys & spices.
1 batch Instant pot chana masala or your choice of chole recipe made with 1 cup dried chickpeas
8 samosa large size
1 cup Green chutney
1 to 1 ½ cups Meethi chutney (Tamarind date chutney)
1 cup Plain Yogurt Whisked until smooth with salt added
1 cup Nylon Sev
1 cup Red onion finely chopped
¼ cup Cilantro or coriander leaves finely chopped
2 tablespoon Chaat Masala
1 tablespoon Red chili powder
½ cup Pomegranate arils if using

1. Take a deep plate for serving. Make a bed of chana masala. You’ll need ⅓ - ½ cup of it for 1 large size samosa.
2. Break & mash the samosa into 3-4 pieces and place it in the center.
3. Drizzle around 2 tablespoons of green chutney.
4. Then drizzle around 2-3 tablespoons of tamarind date chutney.
5. Drizzle 2-3 tbsp of whisked salted yogurt.
6. Sprinkle a generous pinch of chaat masala, followed by a tiny pinch of red chili powder.
7. Sprinkle around 2 tbsp of chopped onion. Sprinkle some coriander leaves. Drizzle with some lemon juice.
8. Followed by around 2-3 tbsp of Sev. Serve Samosa Chaat immediately.
