Ingredients
🔸️2 cups chopped Spinach
🔸️½ cup chopped Onions
🔸️1 tbsp all purpose flour or corn flour
🔸️2 tbsp oil
🔸️2 cloves minced garlic
🔸️1 Bay leaf
🔸️Fresh ground black pepper
🔸️Salt
For Garnish
🔸️Fresh cream
🔸️Croutons
Method
🔸️Heat oil in sauce pan add bay leaf, then garlic, chopped onions and sauté till onions are softened.
🔸️Then add chopped Spinach and sauté on a medium flame for about 2-3 minutes.
🔸️Add 2 cups of water mixed with all purpose flour or cornflour and cook on medium flame for 4-5mins
🔸️Allow it to cool and once cooled blend in a mixture
🔸️Strain the mixture with the help of sieve and transfer the mixture to sauce pan.
🔸️If the Soup looks thick add more water and stir
🔸️Add pepper powder and salt as per taste and server hot garnished with fresh cream and croutons.
