If you're searching for a quick lunch, try this Vegetable Pasta, which takes only 40 minutes to prepare.
🔸️250 gm pasta macaroni
🔸️1 teaspoon garlic
🔸️1 teaspoon chilli flakes
🔸️Red chilli powder as required
🔸️1 tbsp tomato ketchup
🔸️1 tbsp red chilli sauce
🔸️1 teaspoon ginger
🔸️1 green chillies
🔸️1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
🔸️1 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
🔸️1/2 teaspoon oregano
🔸️ Fill a deep-bottomed pan halfway with water. Keep it on high heat and add 1 tbsp salt and 2 tbsp oil. When it's at a boil, add the pasta and well mix it in.
🔸️ Chop all the vegetables, chop ginger and garlic and keep them aside.
🔸️ When the oil in the pan is hot, add the ginger and garlic, stir, and cook for a few mins till they turn golden. Stir in the onions and peppers. Add the tomatoes and salt when the onions become translucent.
🔸️ Add the carrot and capsicum once the tomatoes have softened, and stir well. Then add sauces and red chilli powder in it. Then add the pasta after 3 minutes of cooking under cover.
🔸️Then, without breaking the pasta, add the oregano, chilli flakes, and garam masala in it. Mix evenly. You can now serve your vegetable pasta!
