Fudco Sago Poha. Sago Pawa is produced from pre-cooked rice that is flatten and dried. Pawa flatten rice quickly absorbs water while cooking. Pawa is low in fat and high in fibre, hence its a brilliant alternative to rice. Pawa taste great in both savoury and sweet dishes but mainly used in make rice pudding.
