The Idli (Rice Lentil Cake Mix) is a soft and fluffy steamed cake made of lentil and fermented rice batter. It is a traditional South Indian Snack and has no added preservatives, artificial flavors, and colors. It can be accompanied with Coconut Chutney ( Cold Sauce) and also with a Lentil based vegetable stew (Sambhar).
